The music of Scorn intrigued fans just as much as the artstyle and would see to satisfy those who listen to Dark Ambient composers and albums. The Soundtrack for Scorn was created by composers Aethek and Lustmord. Aethek is an alias of DnB composer Billain while Lustmord is a legendary Dark Ambient musician who's earliest works date back to 1981. He has composed for numerous video games and has recently done work for films.

2 Tracks by Aethek were posted as a kickstarted update. On the 19th January 2018, Aethek posted the two tracks to SoundCloud as an ep titled '[Scorn OST preview.]' These two tracks were Structure223 and Cleansing. Structure223 did not make it oto the official soundtrack.
Aethek has been speculated to have made the music for the [2020 Xbox Series X Trailer]. An official release of the track or it's name hasn't been released.

2022 Original Soundtrack
The Soundtrack for Scorn was created by composers Aethek and Lustmord. Disc 1's runtime is significantly shorter at 36:25 compared to Disc 2. At this stage, the soundtrack hasn't appeared on either Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud but has been uploaded to YouTube.

Missing FLAC
Many reviews for the soundtrack on Steam were negative citing that the downloadable soundtrack was only available as MP3 and not FLAC format despite the description for the soundtrack saying: Available in FLAC and MP3 formats. There has yet to be any updates on the situation.
Missing Tracks
Players have noticed that many tracks are missing from the soundtrack's release including early trailer music along with tracks that can be heard in-game. One of the most recognizable tracks absent is the repetitive two-note hum from the cadaver boss fights in Act 5, another track includes the male choir when the protagonist undergoes surgery. The tracks for both the surgery sequence and the cadaver boss fight have been extracted The file for the surgery sequence and the cadaver fight seem too big for fandom, the surgery track is cut and is named "the choir thing.mp3" on the list of uploaded files the file for the boss fight is too big, there is a .bank file converter on nexusmods if you want to use that. the newest version is bugged, so use the version before that
