Tool Access Console

Concept artwork of the Tool Access Console
The central chamber of the tool access console consists of a cylindrical organ with two small holes. Once the tip of the tool gun is inserted, it spins around to operate rotational mechanisms in the environment.[1]

The Tool Access Console is a control panel used to open doors across different locations. Interacting with it requires the Tool Gun. The appearance of the console resembles that of a fleshlight and the way the machine operates works in conjunction with the phallic appearance of the Tool Gun.

Healing Resupply Station

The first Health Resupply Station can be found in Act 2. It's a vending-machine-esque contraption where the protagonist inserts their Inventory Creature. The spider-like creature will then be injected and 4 of the tentacles will expand into sacks of blood that the protagonist uses to heal themselves.

The first Ammo Station is found in Act 3. Similar to the Healing Resupply Station, the protagonist places their Inventory Creature and the station automatically empties it's stock of Pistol and Shotgun ammunition and stamps it into the Inventory. Any leftover ammunition can be given to you upon future visits.

Puncture Trap/Barb Machine

A deceptive-looking device that impales the user's arm with barbs. The protagonist desperately tries to free themselves the first time they use the machine. It causes a significant amount of pain and decreases the player's health bar.

Spoilers
The device is used by the protagonist to free their left hand from the overgrowth from the parasite.

It's inclusion in Act 5 raises significant questions. The location of Act 5 is far away from any creatures or parasites the player encounters with very little evidence of organic spread, meaning that the creators most likely didn't have the same parasite problem the player faces. Maybe the contraption was created due to prophecy of the player's arrival or it served an entirely different purpose for it's creators.
